I never cry in the cinema, but ROTK may be the first time. I've read that most people who have already seen it are brought to tears, and the trailer was emotional too, so there's a possibility that I will cry. I have also cried when I read the book, at the choices of Master Samwise. That is so touching. And I think that the Grey Havens are going to be very sad too.

I don't cry in the cinema, though I think this film will test my resolve more than any other. Watching it on DVD I might.

I doubt that I'll cry, as I've never cried at a movie that I can think of. But it is very possible though.

I agree with most of you. I've never cried in the theater before, but the trailer gave me goosebumps, so I imagine the movie would make me cry.

I cry rather easily in movies, and I'm sure I'm going to cry more in this one than in any movie I've ever seen!!!

I have seen it last night, and... I didn't really cry! Apparently I can't cry in the cinema with lots of strange people around. But it was very sad. I did feel my eyes become wet. There were many people who cried. Not only because of the sadness, I think, but also because it is so very exiting.

I cried so much too! It was so sad! I knew it was going to be very upsetting, but not that much. I had to stuff tissues in my mouth to stop everyone else in thecinema hearing me wailing. I don't know if I can see it again - it's too upsetting!

I've cried buckets every time I've seen it so far! But I cried the most the third time. Then when the movie ended the third time I got up and turned around and my History teacher was sitting right behind me! It was so embarrassing! My teacher saw me cry during a movie!
