Thank you Elorendil! What kind of piano pieces do you play? I'm doing a Mozart Sonata right now. (the one with the Ala Turka at the end, the name escapes me right now) It's very nice. Mozart is such a tidy, precise composer!

Dandrë, I am a Classical pianist. I'm currently playing/performing the first movement of Beethoven's Piano Concerto #1, The Girl with the Flaxen Hair by Debussy, and Rachmaninoff's Prelude in G Minor. Oh, and I just started working on Schubert's Impromptu #3

That is really awesome, Elorendil! I just went to an 8 day long piano intensive this summer, where I played Debussy's First Arabesque. I'm also working on a Poulenc Improvisation. It's very beautiful, but the second page is so full of accidentals it's almost impossible to sight read. How old are you and how long have you been taking piano?

Old enough to know better than to answer that question, Dandrë I've been playing piano for a very long time. I'm a professional pianist/musician. I say "pianist/musician" because piano is definitely my specialty and passion, but I also am a classical soprano and I conduct

My piano intensive was 8 days long. We had masterclasses (which is kind of like a private lesson with an audience), studio classes (with the clinician you were studying with), private lessons, and other classes taught by the clinicians. It was a really great experience, and I came away very inspired! I also learned a lot about performing, and the final recital was the best recital I've ever played in.

Wow, you're a professional, Elorendil? That's awesome! Were you a child prodigy or anything? Do you have perfect pitch? (lol, just curious!) Where have you performed?

No, I wasn't a child prodigy. I actually started my piano career later than most. I was 12 when I started taking lessons. Unfortunately, no, I don't have perfect pitch. I do know a few people who do, and they love to rub it in

Hi, my name is Quenyi Merenwen, but I do prefer Quenyi. I come from Europe and I found out about this side, when I was looking info about Meduseld. I am into LOTR, when the movies started, at fuirst I loved movies, and then when I got older I went deeper into LOTR and all about Tolkien. Right now at age of 13, I am really into Englishs writtten books (my mother language is not English), and I also like Tolkien and I am reading, actually I starting to read his boigraphy. Along with LOTR I am interested in dance, music (only listening), internet and books.
