Guess what I'm eating right now?? Lembas!!! 
I got the recipe off the internet, and changed it up a bit to make it more like I imagined Lembas to be. To those of you who use metric, I'm sorry, but I don't know how to convert it. Here it is if anyone wants it!
5 cups flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/3 cup milk
mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add milk and honey, mix well.
Roll out on floured surface. Cut into squares with pizza cutter, then use pizza cutter to cut halfway through the dough, forming triangles on the top of each one. Bake at 425 until they start turning golden brown. Wrap in mallorn leaves to keep fresh.
