When I was watching TTT last time, the part where Arwen tells Aragorn something about him underestimating his skill in battle, I noticed something. She says the word estelio, trust. I wondered what the literal translation was. I looked up the words on the internet, and I found what she said, but it only gives you in English what the subtitles said, not a literal translation. So I was wondering what it really means. Here it is in the Sindarin: "Estelio guru lin ne dagor. Ethelithach." I know estelio is hope, and isn't dagor fight?

Thank you so much! While watching TTT EE again last night, I started wondering about some of the other lines. Now I can go satisfy my curiousity!!!

Yeah; I like the one on the Gwaith-i-Pethdain, personally. I dunno if it's just me, but does anyone else find the construction of the Sindarin lines in the movies waaaaaay difficult? (I mean, I can say the same thing in a much simpler manner than what they're using, lol)
