Now that my Sindarin lessons at Beleriand are up to lesson 9, I have finally decided to get on with setting up some Sindarin chats. These are going to be on MSN (as that seems to be easiest for most people and allows the use of accented letters) and to begin with will be every Sunday. They are open to any member of Beleriand and/or Meduseld who is interested in Sindarin. They will be similar to the Sindarin chats done by CoE, but we will try to come up with more games and also make sure that anyone who wants to talk about the language, not just in it, gets a chance to do so.
All you have to do is post here to say you are interested (with your MSN name if I don't already know it) and be on MSN at the right time, then we can invite you. At the moment, I am thinking of from 9 pm my time (BST) (8 pm GMT, 3 pm EST, 1 pm MST, noon PST etc) You can find the conversions for all time zones at members.tripod.com/~roysb/gmttime.htm
If anyone wants a different time, post here. I'm hoping that sort of time will be convenient for most people. Having had to be up until 3 am for the start of CoE chats, I am anxious to avoid doing that to anyone else.
