I thought different timescale would work best - say read Chapter 1 of FOTR (it's pretty long!) and then 2 & 3 together. Basically, assignments once a week, but different sizes  |

i agree with Sim. Theres a lot of chapters that are only about 10 pages, whereas theres quite a few that are up to about 30. Some shorter ones could be grouped together to make the pace a bit quicker |

yeah I agree as well... plus some chapters require more attention (like all the info in Consul of Elrond)

I, too, think it needs to be different for each chapter. Some are twice as long as others, so it would be hard to do a set amount of time per chapter.

I voted once a week, but I thought you meant how many times should we meet. So, now that I read it right, I agree with everyone else.
