This guy and his band are all CRAZY! They are a "speed-metal" band and all the songs are about fantasy stuff (not really LotR, just fantasy in general).

Songs consist of such awesome names as:
The Ancient Forest of Elves
Black Dragon
Legend of Steel
Warrior's Pride
King of Nordic Twilight
Black Realm's Majesty

Sounds like they might be a bit like the group Kamelot... They do what I believe is called "heroic metal" but it sounds like their drummer is "punk" influenced... all their songs have to do with Kings and medieval era type stuff. Pretty cool actually.
