I think there's been some misunderstanding...

On March 8th the official site will release information about the release date (Click Here, should get pop-up saying that). The DVD and Video release date has not yet been confirmed.

And the last I heard the ROTKEE will be 4 hours and 10 minutes long

I'm sorry to be such a pessimistic person, but it can't be March 5th. Last year, when TTT was about to be released, the stores already advertised for weeks, and they didn't start it yet. It's also still in the cinema (at least over here), and I think that they first want to make sure that everybody will spend their money to see the movie in the cinema, before they buy it on DVD.
I read somewhere else that it would be released in May. Can anybody confirm this? I really hope it's true, but I don't expect too much of it.

Yeah, I don’t think they’d be able to get it out that quick and they always want people to buy the normal version first, then wait for the EEs.

I cried so much! And then, I cried more when I got home because it hit me that there wasn't anything to look forward to! (Aside from the hobbit, of course) But the EE  Drinks all around!

Oh my word, I bawled when I saw ROTK, (then again, I cried watching Pretty in Pink(another one of my favorite movies)and I called Jack up long distance and said through my tears "Oh my word, I loed ROTK, I bawled so hard."

She cried too, but I cry more than she does, when listening to music, watching movies, when I saw the preview for The Passion...(I love Jesus, how about you?)

there was a musical version a few years ago...it was great all rocky v.cool...i played an evil sanhedrin , i got to sing crucify him kill him he is not our king, a priest played jesus the smae priest who played Joseph in anouther play, we wnet swiming in Lake Michigan, and he came out of the water, it was weird his hair was all long it looked the Baptism in the Jordon ;D, it was a lot of fun the movie sounds like it's gonna rock

apperently hte pope has seen it and he said "It is as it was" i can kinda see where he was coming from with that but the best passion style movie will always bee Monty Pythons life of brian

Well, the movies about Jesus' life usually are just candy corn, God loves you type movies.
I think Passion will be better because it will show you more things about Christ's like, and show that He actually did suffer.
