This is a really great site with about ten 5 minute behind the scene clips of the filming of ROTK. It doesn't have any voiceover narration, it's just like you were standing there with the actors, and like you're just a fly on the wall. 
The site is actually in Japanese, but it's pretty easy to see where the clips are.
