Return of the King is going to be a real tear-jerker, but when will you cry? For me, there are a few main moments:
~ When Arwen and Elrond say goodbye to each other (And I hope that will be in there!)
~ At the Grey Havens. It's an immensely powerful scene.
~ I've heard there will be a kind of epilogue, telling what happened in the Fourth Age. The Tale of Aragorn and Arwen is sure to come up, and that will be the best bit of the film. I love that tale, it's wonderful, and very very sad too.
So when will you cry? Post here.

I won't cry in the cinema, I never have and never will. At home though, I may cry when Sam thinks Frodo is dead, when Aragorn is crowned and at various points in the major battles.

I'll cry when the credits come up! It'll be over! I'm with you! I probably won't cry, but I'll be feeling pretty depressed when... -Theoden dies -Eomer finds Eowyn on the battlefield -The Grey Havens... the scene I'm most looking forward to!

A tear jerker, I'm in big trouble, I've seen the never ending story dozens of times and I still cry when the horse dies even though i know he's coming back in the end to ride acros the plains
The Mirkwood Archer will probably refuse to sit with me in the cinema.
I don't think she noticed but I cried in the cinema when boromir died and I dread the sad moments of ROTK

I have never cried in the cinema, but ROTK might change that. I think The Grey Havens will be very sad, and the moment that Sam thinks that Frodo is dead, after he is hurt by Shelob. I can't wait to see it!

I cried when Boromir died too! Then I cried even more when I got home and went to bed because I was reciting "Lament for Boromir" to myself. ~When Eomer is weeping when he finds Theoden and Eowyn. Gosh, that is so heartbreaking ~When the ring is finally destoryed, though these will be tears of joy and relief ~When Fodo almost dies ~When Merry almost dies ~When Faramir almost dies ~At the end I will cry alot

I thought I was tho only one who cried in the never ending story!! I think I'll also cry in - the Grey Havens - when Eomer finds Theoden and Eowyn - when Frodo almost dies - the ending of the Tale of Aragorn and Arwen

I think the part that'll make me cry in ROTK is when Pippin finds Merry in the battle... I just think that is sad

When Arwen and Elrond say goodbye When Theoden dies When Eomer thinks Eowyn is dead When Pip finds Merry When Sam thinks Frodo is dead When Sam finds out he isn' When the orcs take Frodo Definietely at the Grey Havens When the ring is destroyed At the end of Arwen and Aragorn's story Whenever Arwen and Aragorn are reunited for the first time in RotK When the end credits roll Probably most of the movie : I cry every time I see the trailer! And the friend I'm going with never cries in movies...
