Help with my board, please!

I'm not sure where I should put this, so I'll just stick it here.

I justed started myown board, but I need some help figuring out how to run things. A couple of specific questions:

How do I change my board color?

How do I add spiffy smileys, like the drinking one that we had here, before the upgrade (it has since disappeared from my screen).

On password protected forums, how do I add the link that says "PM Elorendil for a password"?

And how do I add a Global Mod?

Any tips on how running a Proboard?

I tried to join your board, but it says I haven't been approved, so I can't log in.

Hmmm, that's just weird. It would seem that, when my board got upgraded, a button got turned on that makes it so I have to approve new members. I approved your membership and disabled that feature (I think). Sorry about that!
