OK, we're running a digital art competition, entries by November 10th. Below is a quote from the page:
Your task is to create a piece of digital art that ties in with Tolkien's book of the histories of Middle-Earth: The Silmarillion. The winner will have it displayed on the site in a Competitions section and in the graphics section. They will also have it made into a wallpaper. Entries can involve fanart drawings (with the permission of the creator), pictures by Tolkien artists (e.g. John Howe, Alan Lee, Ted Nasmith) and may also include any LOTR film shots or sketches - providing they are appropriate. They may have text on them and should be 1024x768 - to make it easier to create a wallpaper from it. Entries should be entered by 10th November, and will be judged fairly soon after that.

Rules
It must tie in with the Silmarillion It must be your artwork - if someone has a good one tell them they should enter it - don't enter it yourself All fanart must be used with permission and credited in the "Other info" box. You need to have the image hosted - you can't just email it to me. It goes in the Current Entries section. It must be in .jpg format - you can save high-quality jpgs with most programs and they shouldn't take up much space. One entry per person.
Please send all this info to me by email. I can't run this if no-one will enter.
