I hate to admit it, but there are *gasp* flaws in RotK. This is what I noticed. * When you first see the King of the Dead, there's a big chunk missing from his nose. When Aragorn is releasing him, the chunk is not missing anymore! * Frodo is on such a long trip, right? He can't have brought along a fingernail clippers. Yet, when you see his fingers holding the Ring, his nails are extremely short! True, they must've used a knife to trim nails back then, but there is NO way you can get your nails so short with a knife without cutting your fingers. (My brother noticed this flaw.) So, did you notice any?

Frodo bit his fingernails. And I can't think of any flaws I've noticed...

It's a way to say that it wasn't a flaw in the movie!! I always look for that, because I hate to admit there was a flaw in these movies

And if anyone had a right to bite their fingernails, the Ringbearer did.

Don't mention his fingernails! *shudders* One of my wierd phobias, along with beards and seagulls (hey if one landed on your head you'd be scared of them too! lol) , is really short fingernails! Thats one of the reasons mine are so long (normally anyway, broke several recently...lol)

It's not that wierd, Shue - I have a wierd phobia of buttons. Well not really a phobia, but I do feel very uncomfortable around them With all the climbing and scrambling around rocks that Frodo does, I wouldn't really be surprised if Frodo's nails were short - they probably got worn down. Or he could bite them... but I expect there'd be a lot of mud in them when he got to Mordor... eugh...

He might have bitten them because he was nervous or something. EW said something about biting his fingernails alot, so he might have just bitten them before they took a shot of his hands.

Hate to break it to you, Shue, but my nails are shorter then his. One of my phobias is long nails, actually.
