The Ride to Rohan

Enelya mounted Mearcós, the stallion trod the ground as anxious as his mistress to get under way, she wheeled him around
Namarie! mellon nin,
Noro lim, Mearcós, noro lim! and with thatgalloped across the plain with all the men that could be spared

[Shieldmaiden]

'e should split the men evenly between us. I will take the southern pass through Itillien. I must stop for a few days to gather the men of Ithillien as well. I'm sure my cousins will give all they can. Quickly now. assemble the men and take with each of you a third of them.'

[Galadeth Greenleaf]

Lady Galadeth mounted her horse, Asfaloth.

"Well... we have to go now." Galadeth said.

"Let's go, to the Path of the Anduin!" Haldir said.

The two Elves started riding across the fields with the huge Elven Company.

[Simbelmyne]

She rode with the elves for but two miles. She stopped Mithelen and called out to the elves. They halted, and she called out.

"This is the parting of the ways. Who now will take the path to Mirkwood? And who will go to Ithilien? Your choice is yours alone. Farewell, friends. I will await you at the gates of Minas Tirith in 5 days." She turned her horse, and rode off once more.

[Galadeth Greenleaf]

"We will go to Ithilien, Simbelmynë. We will ask for help in there, I will talk with the Elves... May Elbereth protect you, mellon nin... Namárië..." Galadeth said.

[Shieldmaiden]

'Farwell once again. May our paths cross soon. Galadeth, you are going to Ithilien? We must get going soon. When shall we leave?'

[Galadeth Greenleaf]

"We must go now, we cannot waste more time..." Lady Galadeth said.

[Enelya]

Enelya had left Lórien when her parents were killed and lived for several seasons as a ranger, learning htier ways and lore,

there had been a time when she could have gone 10days with out sleep, now after only 6 her strength was failing.
They had ridden ceaelessly stopping only to refresh the horses.
"We will camp here" she called to the exhausted troops, "I will take the first watch"
Something did not feel right and she quested with her mind trying to find the source of her discomfort, there was something there, someone out there, it's mind touched hers and she felt it trying to read her a thin probing finger of thought.

[Galadeth Greenleaf]

Lady Galadeth sat on the floor and started thinking.

"Legolas... wait for me... I am coming to help you... please be safe..."

[Enelya]

Enelya started awake a little before dawn, crawling out from underneath the canopy of leaves she had been sleeping under, she saw the men of the watch chasing a tall figure in a claok and a much smaller one into a thicket of trees, their torches held high, grabbing her own bow she followed
Her elven eyes finding the quickest route throught the trees

[Simbelmyne]

Simbelmyne rode swift and hard in the direction of Minas Tirith, sleeping under hedges or in trees. Judging by the sunrises and sunsets she had seen, she estimated she had travelled for two days. She was exhausted as she climbed into her tree for the night, and drank down some miruvor, when she reached the top. She grimaced as she drank it down: she'd never been sure whether she'd quite liked its flavour. She called on her small amount of plant magic to tie her to the tree, and lay down to sleep without so much as taking off her mud-splattered boots.

Enelya ducked under the trees, the men had caught up to the strangers, she saw one double up with pain as the captain punched him.

"Stop!" she shouted "Take your hands off him!"

He continued to punch the stranger.

"He is a free citzan of middle earth take your hands off him or i will take your hands of you!" she swang her sword threateningly
